ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.153 of 2022 on the file of the Additional District Court (Fast Track Court), Tenkasi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 are the plaintiffs in the suit and that they intend to withdraw the suit before the trial Court. It is further submitted that proceedings are presently pending before the District Revenue Officer, Tenkasi, with regard to Natham Survey No.265/7, Kodangipatti, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District. 2/4

Since a specific stand has been taken by the respondents 1 and 2 / plaintiffs that they intend to withdraw the suit, this Civil Revision Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2/plaintiffs to make the necessary endorsement or file an appropriate application before the trial Court. Upon such endorsement or application, the trial Court is directed to permit withdrawal of the suit in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
