3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the respondent Police for interrogation on receiving summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
