filling the appeal against the award passed in the M.C.O.P.No. 111 of 2017 dated 13.07.2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal/ In the Special District Court to deal with Motor Accident Cases, Madurai.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from paying Court fee of Rs.10,909/- in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.6628 of 2026 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is exempted from paying the court fee of Rs.10,909/- for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the said court fee as and when the petitioner receives 2/4

any part of the award amount or as and when specifically directed by this Court.
