PRABHA Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. , for a period of eight weeks.
