This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 456 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 456 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai on 28.04.2021 itself.
3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
