2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 have considered the petitioner's complaint and closed the complaint, since it is a land dispute. The official respondents have also produced the closure report before this Court. 3.The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court and he is also at liberty to challenge the closure report.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
