ORDER : The Court made the following order:- The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged under 'girl missing' @ section 5(1) r/w 6(1) and 17 of POCSO Amendment Act, 2019 and section 9 and 10 of Prohibition of Chid Marriage Act, 2006, in Crime No.746 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner is facing the charges for the offences punishable under section 5(1) r/w 6(1) and 17 of POCSO Amendment Act, 2019 and sections 9 and 10 of Prohibition of Chid Marriage Act, 2006.

3.Heard both sides.

4.On going through the entire CD file, this court is not in a position to see how the petitioner has been arrayed an accused in this case. As per the statement of the victim, there is a stray sentence to the effect that this petitioner also visited the residence, where she and A1 were staying. Except that, she has not implicated anything against this petitioner.

Crl.OP(MD)No.2152 of 2022 5.So on going through the entire records, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judge concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
