PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.111/2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.01.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w.7,21(1A) of Arms Act on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused formed into unlawful assembly with deadly weapons and attacked the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is having previous cases of similar nature. Further an order has been passed under Section 122 (1)(b) r/w.117 of Cr.P.C against the petitioner on 02.02.2021. 5.After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and when this Court expressed its view that the petitioner was not entitled for bail, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

6.In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
