ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner herein, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with. 3.This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide the electricity service connection to the petitioner's house in Application No. 20005113012552 dated 24.01.2025.

4.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearaing for the respondents on instructions submitted that they were not able to consider the petitioner's application only because of the legal notice received from the 3rd respondent. 2/4

6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court hereby direct the the 2nd respondent to provide an electricity connection to the petitioner negating the objection of the 3rd respondent. 7.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
