RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time imposed by the order dated 10.03.2015 in Crl O.P. (MD) No.3929 of 2015, and permit the petitioner to comply the conditions imposed thereto and pass such other or further orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in the Criminal Original Petition.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, time is extended by two weeks for complying with the conditions, dated 10.03.2015, on condition that the petitioner donate a sum of Rs.5,000/- to Indian Association for Blind, Sundarajampatty, Alagar Kovil Main Road, Arumbanur Post, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

4. Accordingly, the Crl.MP. is ordered.
