ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to comply the order in Cr.M.P.No.391 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the quarrel between the petitioner and the neighbours who are the accused persons in this crime, a complaint was given by the petitioner. Since there was a delay in investigation, the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 175 of BNSS before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi in Cr.M.P.No.391 of 2025, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint and take necessary action against the accused persons. On 03.12.2025, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi, had passed an order directing the respondent police to register the complaint within a period of one week from the date of that order. Since the same was not complied, the present petition came to be filed, seeking indulgence of this Court.

Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi made in Cr.M.P.No.391 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025, the enquiry in the petitioner's complaint will be concluded within a period of two weeks. After completion of the enquiry, the respondent police will take necessary steps.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is allowed, directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint necessarily within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
