2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, time is extended by two weeks on condition that the petitioner donate a sum of Rs.5,000/- to Indian Association for Blind, Sundarajampatty, Alagar Kovil Main Road, Arumbanur Post, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready. 4.Accordingly, the Crl.MP. is ordered.
