No.391/2019 on the file of the Family Court Trichy and to transfer the same to the file of the Principal District Court Tiruppur within a Stipulated time as directed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 03/12/2020, and letter in D.No.5348 of 2021, dated 03/06/2021, received from the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur requesting three months time to comply with the order, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 03.12.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose I.D.O.P.No.391 of 2019 within a period of six months. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.5348 dated 03.06.2021 wherein, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, has requested for extension of three months to comply with the above order.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 03.12.2020.
