ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1414 days in representing the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and upon being satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to conditions.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
