Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.SEKAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in the Criminal Original Petition.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, time is extended by two weeks on condition that the petitioners donate a sum of Rs.2,500/- to Indian Association for Blind, Sundarajampatty, Alagar Kovil Main Road, Arumbanur Post, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

4. Accordingly, the Crl.MP. is ordered.
