ORDER

The petitioner, party-in-person, has approached this Court that the enquiry as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24991 of 2022 has not been conducted and as such, the order of this Court dated 03.11.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.24991 of 2022 has been violated.

2. Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondent and submits that the enquiry was conducted and a final order has also been passed by the respondent, by his proceedings dated 15.11.2024. Since the petitioner was not aware of the final order passed by the respondent, he has filed this Sub Application. The learned Counsel has also furnished a copy of the proceedings dated 15.11.2024. to the petitioner.

3. Since the enquiry has been conducted as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24991 of 2022 and a final order has also passed by the 2/4

respondent by his proceedings dated 15.11.2024, this Sub Application is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved against the proceedings dated 15.11.2024.
