O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/ respondents herein for their willful disobedience of the final order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.757 of 2023 dated 25.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnors would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the second contemnor has considered the representation of the petitioner and passed an order on 01.01.2024 closing the history sheet against the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has also produced the copy of the order dated 01.01.2024.
