This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in First Information Report in Crime No.178 of 2019, dated 21.08.2019, on the file of the second respondent Police. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the investigation has been completed and the case has been referred as "Mistake of fact".
