The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the 2nd respondent police to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.08.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner informs of the petitioner having obtained the relief of anticipatory bail in respect of the case preferred against him.

3. The remedy of the petitioner, who informs of non-cognizable offences having been committed against him lies by way of private complaint.
