ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent/District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District, to dispose of the revision petition in R.P.No.Na.Ka.B2/19543/2021, which had been filed on 24.09.2021 by the petitioner herein within a stipulated period of time.

2. Heard Mr.J.John Rajadurai, learned Government Advocate, who had taken notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. It appears that the petitioner had filed the above mentioned R.P.No.Na.Ka.B2/19543/2021 against one Mrs.Jayachandra, wife of Duraimeni Nadar. The respondent herein appears to have issued a notice and a copy of notice mentioned the next hearing date as 12.01.2022, has been filed as a document along with this writ petition.

4. A direction is given to the respondent/District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar, to follow the principles of natural justice, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.2253 of 2022 to issue notice, to hear both the parties by taking into consideration documents or representations given by both the parties and thereafter, pass orders. The entire exercise must be completed on or before 30th April, 2022.

5. With the above observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
