ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A1, A2 and A4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police, in pursuance of the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 23.09.2015, by the learned Judicial Magistrate Mudukulathur, in connection with P.R.C.No.5 of 2014, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,323,341,355,504,506(i) of IPC r/w. 149 IPC and Section 2(c), 2(d) and 30 of Human Rights Act, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were regularly appearing before the trial Court and due to mis-communication between the petitioners and their counsels, they could not appear before the trial Court on 23.09.2015. He further submitted that the petitioners undertake to appear before the trial Court for all future dates without bail.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, and on each of them are executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court in connection with case in PRC.No.5 of 2014, for all future hearings without fail. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
