This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Pudukottai to make over the case in C.C.L.No.33 of 2019 pending on its file to the Children's Court, Pudukottai for conducting the trial and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
