This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni, to dispose the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.32 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the appeal was preferred in the year 2016, it is not completed so far. Since one of the two appellants, died and the legal heirs also brought on record, now the appeal is ripe for hearing. 3/5
3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni, to dispose of the appeal by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
