This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.39 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.39 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent, has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II. Ramanathapuram, which was taken on file in C.C.No.74 of 2018 and the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
