ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to issue a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Mudukalathur to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.100 of 2022 in O.S.No.41 of 2022 on his file as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that along with main suit, he filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.100 of 2022, seeking temporary injunction. Arguments on both sides were heard. Reserved for orders. Later, it was reopened for clarification suo mottu. Thereafter, kept pending without any progress for past 8 months. 3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Mudukulathur, to expedite the process in I.A.No.100 of 2022 in O.S.No.41 of 2022 pending on his file and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
