O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the case in Crime No.304 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 418, 420, 463, 465 and 506 (ii) IPC pending on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3.On an earlier occasion, this Court referred the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 05.11.2014 and before the Mediation Centre, the parties have settled the issue involved in Crime No.304 of 2014 and they have also entered into an settlement agreement between themselves.

4.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is allowed and the case in Crime No.304 of 2014 for offences under Sections 418, 420, 463, 465 and 506(ii) IPC, against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, is hereby quashed. The report of the Mediation Centre shall form part of the order.

Consequently, connected M.P is also closed.
