ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 to 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.01.2024. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, enquiry has been conducted by the respondent police and the same was closed. They have called the petitioner only for enquiry purpose and not harassed the petitioner. 3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to interfere with the civil dispute and the respondent police has called the petitioner only for an enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent and the same was closed, recording the submission of the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, this petition is closed. 14.03.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes/ No PNM 2/4
