ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A3 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 415, 416,417,419 and 423 of IPC, in Crime No.594 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the case registered against the petitioners in Crime No.594 of 2015 for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 323 and 494 of IPC are bailable in nature. 3.In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
