RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.17548 of 2016 dated 19.09.2016 on the file of the Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate, (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police in a month i.e., on the 1st Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
