RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to totally Relax the condition to the Petitioners which was imposed on 04.01.2017 in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 23859 of 2016 by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this necessary in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.V.VAIRAM SANTHOSH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANDASAMY, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the Petitioners are complying with the condition from 26/01/2017 onwards and the Petitioners are charged for offences under POCSO Act and investigation is pending.

Considering the above facts, the condition is modified to the effect that the Petitioners should appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e on every Sunday at 10.30. am. for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required. Accordingly, this Petition is Ordered.
