ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who arrayed as accused in Crime No.633 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.09.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 365,366 of IPC r/w. Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the de facto complainant that on 17.09.2015, the accused kidnapped her daughter.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the case of love affair and on the date of occurrence, the daughter of the de facto complainant viz., Ammu @ Sathyavani on her own joined with the petitioner and thereafter, she was rescued by the respondent police and she is now with her parents.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that this is the case of love affair and now, the alleged victim is residing with her parents.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the victim has been secured, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge (Mahila Court), Theni District and on further condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
