RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time mentioned in Crl.OP(MD) No.17337 OF 2016 dated 15.09.2016 to further period of two weeks to comply with the order passed in the above anticipatory bail and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MATHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in the Criminal Original Petition.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, time is extended by two weeks on condition that the petitioners donate a sum of Rs.2,500/- to Indian Association for Blind, Sundarajampatty, Alagar Kovil Main Road, Arumbanur Post, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

4. Accordingly, the Crl.MP. is ordered.
