ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the respondents are neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry. If the petitioner has got aggrieved by any inaction on the part of the respondents, he shall approach the appropriate forum as per law.
