RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for further two weeks to execute sureties imposed by the order in Crl.O.P.No.14456 of 2016 dated 11.08.2016 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in Criminal Original Petition .

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, time is extended by two weeks on condition that the petitioner donate a sum of Rs.2,500/- to Indian Association for Blind, Sundarajampatty, Alagar Kovil Mainroad, Arumbanur Post, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready .

4.Accordingly, the Crl.M.P. is ordered.
