ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A26, A21,A22 and A25 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police, in pursuance of the NonBailable Warrant issued on 02.09.2015, in connection with case in C.C.No.8 of 2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406,420,120(b),294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, and (*)Section 5 of TNPID Act, in Crime No. 2 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were regularly appearing before the trial Court and due to their ill health, they could not appear before the trial Court on 02.09.2015. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court for all future dates without bail.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the Learned Special Court under the TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, and on each of them are executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judge concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court in connection with case in C.C.No.8 of 2015, for all future hearings without fail.
