ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner for peaceful possession and enjoyment and fencing a compound in the house property situated in Plot No.14 in R.S.No.177/1, Sankar Nagar, K.Pudur, Madurai-7 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been taken on file in C.No.197/PG/DC-LDO/20, dated 28.01.2020, by the second respondent.
