2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in Crime No.295 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, as on date.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file proper application.
