Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in the Criminal Original Petition.

2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, time is extended by two weeks on condition that the petitioners donate a sum of Rs.2,500/- to Munavvarah Girls Orphanage Home, 3/780, Alagar Kovil Main Road, Surveyor Colony, Madurai - 625 007 within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready. 4 Accordingly, the Crl.M.P. Is ordered.
