PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti to dispose of the petitioner's private complaint in Cr.M.P.No.2746 of 2020 within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Louis

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti to dispose of the petitioner's private complaint in Cr.M.P.No.2746 of 2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending from the year 2020 without any progress.

3.
