ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli, to expeditiously hear and dispose the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli, within the stipulated time as this Court may be fixed and consequently allow this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second petitioner is aged about 76 years and suit was filed in the year 2022. For the past two years, there is no progress in the suit. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli, to dispose of the suit, by following the High Court's Circular in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics dated 11.08.2010.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
