O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Physical Education Teacher working in the Government Schedule Tribe Residential Higher Secondary School, seeking a Mandamus to consider his representation dated 15.09.2023.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the first respondent herein alleging that there were irregularities in granting promotion orders to B.T.Assistants from the post of Secondary Grade Teachers. Based upon the said representation, the first respondent has directed the second respondent by way of proceedings dated 20.10.2023 to conduct an enquiry and submit a report. Pursuant to the orders of the first respondent, the second respondent has also conducted an enquiry, but, so for he has not submitted his report to the first respondent. Hence the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to submit the enquiry report to the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said report, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
