ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 20.02.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 392,397, 506(ii)of IPC in Crime No. 101 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.5,000/- and also the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant. Hence the complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence, he prayed for bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are 16 cases pending against the petitioner and there is no change in facts and circumstances of the case and hence he objected for grant of bail. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are several cases pending against the petitioner and considering the fact that there is no change in facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
