RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23554 of 2016 dated 20.12.2016 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.JEGADEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed, however, the same was not taken on file by the concerned Mahila Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
