ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.06.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused set fire on the petitioner's property and destroyed the trees which disturbed his cultivation. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the case has been closed, based on

the statement given by the petitioner and a copy of the closure report has also been sent by post. But the same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.A copy of the closure report is directed to be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is closed accordingly.
