ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in No. 8092/2018/A-1 dated 27.07.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all continuation, service benefits and monetary benefits and to pay the arrears of subsistence allowance to the petitioner from 27.07.2018 till the date of reinstatement.

2. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. When the case was taken up in the admission list, Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel submitted that the impugned 2/4

order dated 27.07.2018 passed by the second respondent has already been challenged by one Vijayasankar by filing W.P(MD)No.28742 of 2023. This Court had passed an order on 06.12.2023, directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the enquiry report dated 06.04.2020 on merits and in accordance with law. In view of the same, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that appropriate final orders will be passed very soon.

4. Recording the same, I hereby direct the second respondent to pass appropriate final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
