ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking production of his minor daughter Nandhini, aged 6 years.

2.Respondents 1 and 2 have produced Nandhini, aged 6, minor girl of the petitioner and third respondent/her mother. On enquiry, the third respondent informs of much ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioner and of having left the matrimonial home along with her second daughter. Detenue is attending school at Tirupur and she is supporting both herself and her daughter by working at Tirupur. She pleaded that custody of her first daughter also be given to her, for which, she will have to work out her remedy before appropriate forum. endeavours, she has rejected any proposal for settlement of dispute between herself and the petitioner through Mediation Centre.

3.In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
