ORDER
This petition has been filed to set aside the first condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.243/2020, dated 29.01.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.5 in Crime No.7/2020 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-B)(b) of Indian Arms Act and 120(b) of IPC. He would further submit that this Court has granted bail to the co-accused with the condition that the petitioners/co-accused shall stay at Madurai and report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks, whereas the Sessions Court has directed the petitioner/A5 to stay at Madurai and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usliampatti, daily at 10.00 a.m., Therefore the petitioner seeks for modification of the said condition.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has approached this Court directly without approaching the concerned Court which has granted bail. Hence, the petitioner is directed to file a petition seeking for modification before the concerned Court. In the event of the modification petition is dismissed, the petitioner can approach this Court.
4. With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
