O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass and not to insist the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- in favour of the fourth respondent and consequently direct the first and second respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.10.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and hence, there is no question of harassment. Further the Respondent did not insist the petitioner to pay money to R4.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
