(MD).No. 23598 of 2016 dated 22.12.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of and MR.R.

GANESHPRABU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent and Petitioners not appeared either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
