ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.10.2024.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 22.10.2024, they registered a case in Crime No.34 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025. Therefore, already the representation was considered and the present writ petition has become infructuous.
4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also received the copy of the FIR.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
